111 & 999
If you have an urgent medical problem when the surgery is closed, ring 111. If you telephone the surgery when we are closed, you will be transferred to the 111 service – and if you don’t wish to proceed, replace the receiver.
If you have a life threatening medical emergency then call 999.
Use the right service
If you’re not sure what condition you have, or how severe it is, you can use the NHS 111 symptom checker. The checker will:
- Answer questions about your main symptom.
- Help you find out when and where to get help.
- Arrange for you to be contacted by a nurse, if needed.
