We make it easy for you to share your thoughts:

  • Online: Use Accurx, available 24 hours, 7 days a week 
  • By Phone: Call 01538 399152, from 8:00 am to 6:30 pm
  • By Email: Send us a message at ssicb-nst.parkmedical@nhs.net
  • In Person: Speak to our reception team, from 8:00 am to 6:30 pm
  • In Writing: Send a letter to Park Medical Centre by posting it in our postbox by the front door or handing it to reception.

GP patient survey

The GP Patient Survey is an independent survey run by Ipsos on behalf of NHS England. The survey is sent out to over two million people across the UK. The results show how people feel about their GP practice.
