Our PPG here at Park Medical Centre
What is a patient participation group (PPG) ?
-
Purpose: A group of patients share their experiences, ideas, and suggestions to help the practice run better.
-
Meetings: The group usually meets regularly (often every 2 months) to discuss healthcare topics and practice improvements.
-
Role of Members: Members provide feedback on services, help plan new initiatives, and represent the patient voice. We may ask our PPG members to support the surgery during Flu or Covid clinics
-
What PPGs Don’t Do: They do not handle individual medical issues or access patients’ private health records.
If you wish to join please contact the surgery today on 01538 399152 and express your interest or collect our PPG leaflet from reception.
